Where do I start?
Start with a free check, which costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We look at what search engines and AI actually receive from your site, grade it against two published technical guides, and tell you plainly what is broken. You decide what happens next.
Business stage: Pre-Launch · Start-Up · Maturing Business
- Free Website Check — A grade against both AEO guides, plus a snapshot of your setup from public signals — DNS, SSL, email records, Business Profile, schema, profiles. Free
- Free Business Setup Check — For a new business: what you have, what is missing, and in what order. Free
- Website Audit & Preview — The full graded audit, your setup mapped, a branded report, your site rebuilt in the AEO format on a preview URL for 30 days and re-graded beside the original, and a 30-minute walkthrough. $500, credited in full against a Rebuild
- Launch Planning Session — 90 minutes, then your own setup map within 48 hours: what to do, in what order, and what you can do yourself. $325, credited in full against a Business Launch Package
How much does a website rebuild cost?
A Website Rebuild is $2,000 for our first ten clients, then $3,600. That covers up to 10 pages, with $200 per page above that. Your Audit fee is credited against it. The intro price is in exchange for a testimonial within 30 days of launch and permission to show the work.

- Website Rebuild — Your site rebuilt as a new AEO site: code, server-rendered pages that work together, structure, schema, sitemap, redirects so no ranking URLs are lost, GA4 key events, a re-grade against both guides, launch, and 30 days of support. You own every account. $2,000 for our first ten clients, then $3,600 — up to 10 pages, +$200 per page above that
We do not promise rankings or AI mentions. We show you the grade before and the grade after.
Can you write the copy as well?
Yes, as a separate service, because rewriting your words is different work from rebuilding your site. We offer two levels and we always show you the human-written one first.
Business stage: Start-Up · Maturing Business
- AEO Copy — Upgrade (human-written) — Question-researched answer-engine copy for your pages, written by an AEO copywriter and placed into the site. $2,500
- AEO Copy — Basic (AI-written) — The same structure, written by AI from published AEO guides and edited by a human, then placed into the site. $1,250
We label the AI-written option as AI-written, every time. You should know which one you are buying.
What if I am starting a new business?
We set up a new business in the right order so nothing has to be redone: domain, email, website, Business Profile, measurement, and the handover kit that makes it all yours. The Launch Planning Session is credited against either package.

- Business Launch Package — Essentials — Domain and DNS, business email and signatures, a 3–5 page AEO site with plain copy from your Planning Session (two rounds), Business Profile, GA4 and Search Console, and a handover kit. $2,750
- Business Launch Package — Complete — Everything in Essentials, plus booking and payments, social profiles, access and recovery, a measurement dashboard, your filled-in setup map, and 30 days of support. $4,950
- Business Systems Setup — Two weeks: booking, payments, CRM and intake, and the automations between them. One customer journey end to end, mapped before and after. $3,750
- Operations Documentation — A Systems Map and one Service Blueprint, due-diligence grade, with a 60-minute walkthrough. $4,500, plus $2,000 per extra blueprint
Can you just fix one thing?
Yes. Single Fixes are one problem, one price, no package. If you need more than one, an Audit and Rebuild or a Launch Package will cost you less than buying fixes separately.

- Email, set up right — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your domain, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, branded signatures, up to 5 mailboxes. $750, plus $130 per mailbox migrated
- Business Profile, corrected and verified — Categories, services, name, address, phone, hours, photos and review link. Verification is Google’s decision, not ours. $400
- Measurement, wired — GA4, Search Console, key events and a dashboard, with your baseline captured. $1,650
- Domain, DNS and hosting move — A redirect map, a ghost-copy sweep and Search Console resubmission. No ranking URLs lost. $950
- Booking and payments, wired — One booking tool, payments, confirmations and reminders. $1,000
- Access and recovery cleanup — Every account’s owner, recovery path and two-factor mapped and fixed, and a password manager set up. You make every credential change; we never hold one. $1,750
- Brand asset recovery kit — Your logo rebuilt as vector, colours and fonts documented, a one-page brand sheet, and every file in one folder you own. $950
What does ongoing support cost?
A Care Plan keeps the site running and keeps it graded. Hosting stays in your own account, so you are never locked in. Plans are monthly and you can stop.
Business stage: Start-Up · Maturing Business
- Website Care Plan — Essentials — Managed hosting in your own account, uptime and backups, updates, a monthly AEO re-grade, and 1 hour of edits. $175 a month
- Website Care Plan — Growth — Essentials plus 3 hours of edits, a monthly Business Profile post, and a quarterly measurement review. $325 a month
- Advisory retainer — A monthly 90-minute session plus async questions, about 5 hours. $1,100 a month
- Ad management (Meta / Google) — Flat fee, month to month, with a monthly report. $750 a month under $3,000 spend; $1,250 a month for $3,000–10,000; $500 setup
- Working session — Preparation and written output included. $1,750 half day; $3,250 full day
- Consultation — Hourly, for anything that does not fit a product. $110 an hour
Do you do brand and creative work?
Yes. Brand work can stand alone or sit inside a Launch Package, and you receive every source file.

- Brand refresh — Your existing brand modernised, with the files in your hands. $2,000

- Brand launch package — Three tiers, depending on scope. $3,750 / $6,250 / $9,500
- AI ad creative — 10 statics and 2 videos, 20 and 4, or 30 and 6. $1,250 / $2,450 / $3,950
- Pitch decks — Three tiers, depending on length and research. $900 / $2,000 / $3,800
What should I buy first?
Most people start the same way: a free check, then a $500 Audit if the check finds real problems, then a Rebuild with the Audit credited. Copy and a Care Plan come after the site is live. You are never asked to decide the whole path at once.
